Founded in 1999 by art teacher Suman Saini, Chhaya School of Art was created to preserve Indian culture through art. Later entrusted to her daughter and son-in-law, the school was nurtured with dedication by Mr. Koushik Sinha, who moved from Calcutta to Chandigarh with just a dream. Despite initial struggles, his perseverance paid off, and the journey began with only two students.
